  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the potatoes with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  3. Season venison steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, and garlic for a dipping sauce.
