- 4 venison cube steaks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
