  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Shredded cheese and sour cream for garnish

Method:

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add the ground venison and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
