Mediterranean Venison Grilled Kabobs

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs venison, cubed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, cut into thick slices
- 1 yellow squash, cut into thick slices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the venison cubes in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Thread venison, cherry tomatoes, red onion, zucchini, and yellow squash onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the venison is cooked to your desired doneness.
