Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Method:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground venison, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into a loaf and place it in a parchment-lined air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
