Air Fryer Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground venison, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place it in a parchment-lined air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
