Ingredients:
- 1 lb venison, cubed
- 1 red onion, quartered
- 1 bell pepper, cubed
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Mint Yogurt Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Thread venison, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers, then brush with marinade.
- Place kebabs in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Mix yogurt, mint, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Serve kebabs with mint yogurt sauce.
