Ingredients:

  • 1 lb venison, cubed
  • 1 red onion, quartered
  • 1 bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Skewers

Mint Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread venison, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers, then brush with marinade.
  4. Place kebabs in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Mix yogurt, mint, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
